Denise Cautaudella’s interest in the performing arts
sparked at the age of 11, when she began her many years of training in both
dance and theatre arts. Her schools of study include Horizon’s in Dance,
Broadway Dance Center, Herbert Bergoff Studio’s, The Manhattan Repertory
Company and The Academy of Musical and Dramatic Arts. Working for various
free-style and pop artists as a back-up dancer, she performed at many of the
country’s ‘hot spots’ including NYC’s Webster Hall and The Palladium, and
Boston’s Club Avalon. Denise’s television experience includes commercials
for Heineken and Hewlett Packard, two appearances on CBS’s “As the World
Turns” and a live performance on Philadelphia’s “Dance U.S.A.”. Denise has
also worked on a variety of independent films in NYC and has choreographed
and performed abroad in Pescara, Italy. Denise is currently teaching and
choreographing at L.A. Dance and has been an instructor there for seven
years. Miss Denise is famous for her ‘powerhouse, hi-energy level’ of
movement. She is now the choreographer for L.A. Dance’s award winning
hip-hop company “The Superthugs”. Denise also teaches tap, jazz and
technique classes. Denise’s talent is endless and we are fortunate to have
her as such an integral part of L.A. Dance. |
